WORQ, Malaysia’s leading coworking and flexible workspace provider, has partnered with Nestlé KitKat to roll out its ‘Break Better’ campaign, bringing KitKat’s signature promise of quality, uninterrupted breaks into WORQ’s community spaces, also featured on their social.

The collaboration launched on 9 October 2025 at WORQ’s ‘People-First Blueprint: Building Thriving Workplaces’ event co-hosted with BFM 89.9, convened C-suite and HR leaders from YTL AI Labs & Ryt Bank, Valiram Group, Pos Malaysia Berhad, Ninja Van Malaysia, BrioHR, and Arvato Systems to explore how people-first cultures fuel business performance.

In conjunction, the WORQ x KitKat partnership launched through the ‘KitKat Break Box Zone’ at WORQ Bandar Utama as the first outlet, offering participants a dedicated space to have a break away from digital interruptions.

The campaign will roll out across WORQ outlets from October to November 2025, transforming selected spaces into KitKat Break Zones. Designed to spark moments of pause and connection, the activations will feature playful touchpoints to remind Malaysians that better breaks lead to better work.

Stephanie Ping, CEO and Co-founder of WORQ, said, “Work shouldn’t feel like a ’marathon’ with no pit stops. We team up with KitKat to remind everyone that taking a proper break isn’t necessarily slacking off, but rather how you stay energised and do your best work. A few minutes to pause, recharge, or share a laugh with your colleagues can make all the difference in how people show up and work for the rest of their day.”

The collaboration also reflects KitKat’s long-standing belief for better breaks. This partnership encourages stepping away from the hustle and bustle, even briefly, to detach from the interruptions. A decent break always comes from an ability to fully disconnect.

The campaign runs from 9 October to 14 November 2025, reinforcing WORQ’s mission to create thriving work experiences that prioritise people’s well-being, while aligning with KitKat’s vision that “you’re better when your break has been better.”
