As Kuala Lumpur prepares to host the ASEAN Summit 2025 from 26–28 October, significant traffic disruptions and road closures are expected throughout the city. Malaysia’s leading coworking and flex space provider, WORQ, is offering four (4) free day passes to help professionals stay productive and connected amid the congestion during the Summit week.
More than 100 schools will transition to online learning, and many offices are shifting to remote work as the city prepares for increased congestion. This marks the second time WORQ is extending this initiative during the Summit week in support of the growing adoption of flexible work arrangements in Malaysia. WORQ’s effort provides professionals with a nearby option to stay focused and maintain business continuity while avoiding long commutes.

The initiative, running from 23 to 28 October 2025 (excluding weekends), allows individuals to redeem four non-consecutive day passes at any one WORQ outlet of their choice. Each pass provides access to fully-equipped coworking spaces, complete with high-speed internet, free-flow coffee and snacks, comfortable work areas and collaborative zones, enabling users to work seamlessly without the stress of city congestion or connectivity issues at home.
Each participating WORQ outlet will offer 20 free redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis. The passes can be used on any four days within the campaign period and are open to both new and existing users.
