Kuala Lumpur. This underscores the brand’s steadfast commitment to nurturing world-class automotive talent and reinforcing excellence across its Customer Services Network.
The new batch of apprentices successfully completed the three-year Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA) Program, joining the ranks of over 950 graduates produced by the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Training Academy since its inception in 1984. A graduation ceremony was attended by representatives from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, authorised Retail Partners, and family members of the graduates.
The programme is known for its rigorous training modules and global certification standards, ensuring apprentices meet international benchmarks in automotive service excellence. Upon completion of the programme in August 2025, these graduates officially joined the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Customer Services Network, which currently comprises more than 1,000 highly skilled service personnel across the country.
Each graduate received multiple globally-recognised certifications and is offered a four-year guaranteed employment opportunity within the company’s Service Network. Beyond the apprenticeship, a structured certification ladder encourages continuous skill enhancement through pathways such as Certified Diagnosis Technician and Certified Service Advisor, reinforcing Mercedes-Benz’s emphasis on lifelong learning and professional growth.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia invests approximately RM100,000 per student throughout the three-year programme, reflecting the brand’s long-standing dedication to developing top-tier local talent.
