Today, Customer Show Asia, organized by IQPC Worldwide, launched the programme for four free-to-attend on-floor theatres, which give the opportunity to upskill and reskill customer-related job functions in the market.
The four on-floor theatres are designed to provide training for those working in brand experience, customer service excellence, customer loyalty, and customer privacy and data protection. These on-floor theatres will be held in Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore on the 3rd to 4th March 2020.
