The Malaysia Career and Training Fair (MCTF), Malaysia’s premier event for job seekers and training providers, focuses on the key trends shaping the Malaysian job market landscape. The event took place from 18 to 19 February, 2023 in Mid Valley KL.
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted Malaysia’s job market, resulting in job losses and business closures. As the market recovers and companies have begun hiring again as there has been an increase in the demand for jobs. This is proof as MCTF will feature over 120 employers, more than double of the previous MCTF in 2022 and a total of more than 10,000 jobs available for hire.
“As a result of the pandemic, Malaysia’s job market has seen significant shifts, with certain industries suffering greatly while others thrive. We understand the need for a platform that brings job seekers and employers together in one place, allowing for valuable connections to be made.” said Datuk William Ng, Managing Director of AIC Exhibitions, MCTF’s organiser.
