CELEMI forms a strategic alliance in the Asia Pacific region. The initiative, known as the CELEMI APAC Alliance will see the collaborative effort between 6 countries in the region – China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. CELEMI, a business solutions and marketing company based in Malmö, Sweden views this alliance as a passport to further develop experiential learning and business simulations in the region.

CELEMI appoints Performance Development Consultants headed by Azman Shah Dato’ Aziz as its alliance member, representing Malaysia in this initiative. “Alliance members are country partners of CELEMI, that will represent and help the business prosper. Each member has their own set of skills, experience and strength to bring to the alliance. The alliance members will lend insights and leads from their existing client portfolios for other alliance members to further develop in their respective countries”, explains Ola Kallqvist, chief executive officer of CELEMI APAC at Kuala Lumpur after conducting after a series of workshops around the region. This Alliance is lead by Richard Wood as the Director.

The key motive of the alliance is to address the change in training landscapes in the APAC
region. Its clients require a more responsive, flexible and multidisciplinary approach to meet their training needs. The alliance will enable its partners and participants to pool its resources thus, better serving it effectively across cultural and political barriers.

In conjunction to this initiative, Performance Development Consultants will host the CELEMI
Alliance Summit 2019 mid this year. The Summit, showcasing how CELEMI can help current challenge in regards of agility and digital transformation will see to attract participants from various multi-national companies and organizations based in Malaysia. Azman Shah Dato Aziz, Chief Executive of Performance Development Consultants also looks to spearhead business simulation and ‘gamification’ to hearken to the latest needs and challenges of leaders globally in regards to HR via the CELEMI Alliance Summit 2019.
