The ASEAN Green Jobs Forum (AGJF) 2025, organized by the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia (KESUMA), will take place from 27 to 28 August 2025 at Le Meridien, Putrajaya, aiming to share policies, best practices and raise awareness on the ASEAN Green Jobs agenda.
KESUMA is targeting participation from senior ASEAN officials, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from various industries, think tanks, and institutions of higher learning.
In addition, KESUMA, in collaboration with the Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO), will also organize the ASEAN Green Jobs Fair to open up green job opportunities for Malaysians and the wider ASEAN region.
The fair will be held simultaneously from 28 to 30 August 2025 at the IOI Grand Exhibition Centre, Putrajaya, with around 50 employers expected to offer over 5,000 job opportunities in sectors such as renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and electric mobility.

Additionally, Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) will organize the ASEAN Green Skills Fair 2025, also from 28 to 30 August 2025, at the IOI Grand Convention Centre, Putrajaya. This event will focus on green skills development, targeting students, green industry workers, educational institutions, and the general public.
The program aims to support the National Green Skills Development Action Plan and increase awareness of the importance of green skills in the job market.
