Heidrick & Struggles, a premier provider of executive search, leadership assessment and development, organization and team effectiveness, and culture shaping services globally, announced Ken Suzuki joined the firm’s Executive Search business as a Partner in the Financial Services practice in November 2019. He is based in the Tokyo office in Japan.
With nearly 10 years of executive search expertise, Ken focuses on senior executive searches across the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on the asset management sector in Japan. He also leads senior HR and financial officer search engagements across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Heidrick and Struggles, Ken was a consultant with another leading global executive search firm. Before embarking on his career in executive search and leadership consulting, Ken held leadership roles with BlackRock as Head of HR, Japan, and with Barclays Global Investors as CFO and Head of HR, Japan. Ken began his career in financial services with American Express.
